Davenport Evans attorney Anthony Hohn recently presented a program updating Sioux Falls area human resources professionals on the latest developments in federal labor law.
Hohn, a member of the firm’s litigation practice, was a featured speaker at the May chapter meeting of the Sioux Empire Society for Human Resource Management in Sioux Falls. He spoke about the expanding reach of the National Labor Relations Act, the recent activity of the National Labor Relations Board, and the effect of this recent activity on employers.
Hohn’s practice includes a wide variety of litigation matters, with a focus on representing employers in cases of harassment or discrimination.
