Davenport Evans has announced its 2014 scholarship recipients. At a ceremony May 13, the firm awarded eight scholarships totaling $20,000 to be used at institutions of higher learning in the state of South Dakota. This marks the 27th consecutive year the firm has provided scholarships to graduating high school students in surrounding counties. Scholarships are awarded through the Sioux Falls Area Community Foundation. Congratulations to each of the following recipients:

  • Adam Anderson, Chester Area High School, planning to attend Augustana College
  • Erin Buse, Brandon Valley High School, planning to attend South Dakota State University
  • Katelyn Graber, Viborg-Hurley High School, planning to attend Augustana College
  • Kylie Johnson, Montrose High School, planning to attend the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology
  • Kayla Knutson, Viborg-Hurley High School, planning to attend Augustana College
  • Kara Koth, Sioux Falls Christian High School, planning to attend the University of Sioux Falls
  • Sarah Lehmann, Washington High School, planning to attend South Dakota State University
  • Anna Wolles, St. Mary Catholic High School Dell Rapids, planning to attend South Dakota State University
