A native of Webster, South Dakota, Trevor is a member of the Davenport Evans Transactions and General Business practice group. Trevor joined Davenport Evans in 2024, having been a summer associate with the firm in 2023.

Trevor’s practice covers all aspects of business transactions, including issues involving commercial transactions, real estate, setting up corporations and limited liability companies, business planning, and general contract preparation and review.

Trevor graduated from South Dakota State University, magna cum laude, in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Economics and minors in Land Valuation & Rural Real Estate, Agricultural Business, and Economics. After, he received his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Dakota’s Knudson School of Law in 2024. During law school, Trevor served as a Staff Writer and the Symposium Editor, on the Editorial Board, for the South Dakota Law Review. He also obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of South Dakota’s Beacom School of Business in 2024.

Outside of work, Trevor serves as a member of the board member for The Teddy Bear Den. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, traveling, hunting, fishing, exercising, and enjoying South Dakota’s beautiful nature.
