My Story
A Sioux Falls, SD native, Mike Srstka is a member of the Davenport Evans Transactions and General Business practice group. Mike joined Davenport Evans in 2019, having previously served as an enlisted member of the United States Air Force as a pianist in the U.S. Air Force Heartland of America Band. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, (J.D.), and the University of South Dakota, (M.B.A., B.A.)
Mike’s practice covers all aspects of business transactions, including real estate transactions, drafting and negotiation of contracts, matters related to limited liability companies and corporations, leasing and financing arrangements, and a variety of other business matters. His practice also covers a variety of employment law issues. Outside of work, he enjoys listening to classical music, playing piano, studying history, travel, and spending time with his wife and children.
