Lori Rensink is a South Dakota trusts and estates attorney at Davenport Evans. A native of Freeman, South Dakota, Lori joined the firm in 2020 after an internship with the firm in the summer of 2019. She practices in the areas of estate planning and probate and trust administration, taxation, and corporate and business law.
Lori is a graduate of the University of Sioux Falls, graduating magna cum laude, and receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Business Administration with a minor in Sociology. She then attended the University of South Dakota School of Law, graduating with Sterling Honors, magna cum laude.
Lori served as the President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Board at USD. As a member of the ADR Board, Lori competed in national and regional negotiation and arbitration competitions. She also served as a student attorney in the USD low income tax clinic.
Lori serves on the Board of Directors for the Museum of Visual Materials. In her free time, she enjoys running, biking, painting, and spending time with her friends and family.
