My Story
Kurt Kingler is an associate and litigation attorney at Davenport Evans. Originally from Wheaton, Illinois, Kurt joined the firm in 2022 after completing a clerkship with the Honorable Veronica L. Duffy, United States Magistrate Judge, U.S. District Court for the District of South Dakota.
Kurt received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wheaton College (IL) in Theology. He then graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law with high honors. While at Loyola Chicago, Kurt was inducted into the Alpha Sigma Nu national honor society and served as lead online articles editor for the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal.
Kurt practices in the areas of commercial and complex litigation, insurance litigation, intellectual property litigation, and employment litigation.
Outside of work, Kurt enjoys making ceramics, woodworking, bicycling, and coaching lacrosse.
