Justin Clarke is a partner at Davenport Evans and practices in the firm’s litigation section. Justin has practiced at the firm since 2010, focusing on commercial and complex litigation, workers’ compensation, and insurance coverage. He has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of personal injury, insurance coverage, and business disputes. Additionally, Justin has substantial experience representing clients in trusts and estates litigation. Justin has been recognized by Great Plains Super Lawyers as a Rising Star, an achievement recognizing no more than 2.5% of lawyers in South Dakota.
Justin is a native of Estelline, SD and graduated from South Dakota State University and the University of Kansas School of Law, where he served as a staff editor for the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the SDSU Alumni Association and the Teddy Bear Den. Justin and his wife, Beth, have one daughter, Chloe.
