Ashley Brost is a South Dakota commercial litigation attorney at Davenport Evans. A native of Sioux Falls, Ashley joined the firm in 2018. She earned a bachelor of arts degree from Augustana University and a master of education degree from the University of Sioux Falls. She spent several years teaching middle school before attending law school at the University of South Dakota. In addition to graduating with Sterling Honors, Ashley was the only student to simultaneously serve on law review, moot court, and trial team. She received numerous scholarships and awards, including a scholarship for demonstrating a high understanding of ethics and awards for best brief writing and oral advocacy. After completing law school, Ashley clerked for the Honorable Roger L. Wollman of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys traveling to new places and spending time with her family and friends.
