Alex Hoffman is a member of the Davenport Evans Trusts and Estates Practice group. He is a native of Elk Point, South Dakota and joined the firm in 2023. Alex’s primary areas of practice are estate planning and probate, taxation, trust administration, and corporate and business law.

Alex graduated with high honors from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business Administration, majoring in agribusiness. After, he attended the University of South Dakota where he attained his Juris Doctor from the Knudson School of Law and his Master of Business Administration from the Beacom School of Business.

While in law school, Alex was president of the Student Bar Association, where he assisted in setting up social events outside of school and networking events while on campus.

Outside the office, Alex spends his free time running, working out, and just spending time outdoors with his friends and family.
