A native of Wheaton, Illinois, Kurt Kingler is a member of the Davenport Evans Litigation practice group. Kurt joined Davenport Evans in 2022, after completing a clerkship with the Honorable Veronica L. Duffy of the U.S. District Court for the District of South Dakota.

Kurt received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wheaton College (IL) in Theology. He then graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law with high honors. While at Loyola Chicago, Kurt was inducted into the Alpha Sigma Nu national honor society and served as lead online articles editor for the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal.

Kurt practices in the areas of commercial and complex litigation, insurance litigation, intellectual property litigation, and employment litigation.
