Noah R. Reeves attends the University of Nebraska College of Law and just completed his 2L year. Noah is a Student Ambassador, participates in the 1L Mentorship Program, is a member of the Sports, Entertainment and Business Law Student Organization, and is a state certified mediator in Nebraska. Noah earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in both psychology and political science from the University of South Dakota. During his 3L year, Noah will participate in both the First Amendment and Estate Planning clinics. In his free time, Noah enjoys watching sports, playing rugby, and spending time with his family and friends.

Victoria M. Mendoza attends the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law and just completed her 1L year. Victoria serves as a staff writer for the South Dakota Law Review, a teen court volunteer for Clay County, a research assistant for the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs, and an ambassador for the law school. She participated in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Client Counseling Competition and placed second. She is also involved in several student organizations such as Women in Law, the Native American Law Students Association, and the First Gen Law Society. Victoria graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of South Dakota with Majors in philosophy and political science and a minor in Spanish. She also obtained a specialization in ethics, law, and society and a Professional Ethics Certificate during her time at USD. In her free time, Victoria enjoys exercising, volunteering, reading novels, and spending time with her family and friends.

Ann L. Madson attends the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law and just completed her 2L year. Ann serves as an Articles Editor for Volume 70 of the South Dakota Law Review and as a research assistant for one of her professors. Originally from Sioux Falls, SD, Ann earned her bachelor’s degree in math and economics from Augustana University. In her free time, Ann enjoys taking her dog for runs, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.

Tyler J. Arend attends the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law and just completed his 2L year. Tyler serves as the Copy Editor for Volume 70 of the South Dakota Law Review. Originally from Summit, SD, Tyler earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and political science and minor in legal studies from South Dakota State University. In his free time, Tyler enjoys lifting, hunting, and walking outdoor trails.

Davenport Evans seeks to provide summer associates a broad range of legal experience. Each summer associate works with supervising attorneys from the law firm’s litigation and business sections to help provide a realistic glimpse into the practice of law. Summer associates conduct research, draft substantive legal documents, and accompany attorneys on a variety of legal matters.
