My Story
Justin Clarke is a partner at Davenport Evans and practices in the firm’s litigation section. Justin has practiced at the firm since 2010, focusing on commercial and complex litigation, workers’ compensation, and insurance coverage. He has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of personal injury, insurance coverage, and business disputes. Additionally, Justin has substantial experience representing clients in trusts and estates litigation.
Justin also serves as a mediator, arbitrator, and neutral. He received certified mediation training with the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.
Justin has been recognized by Best Lawyers® in the area of Insurance Law and Great Plains Super Lawyers in the area of Insurance Coverage.
Justin is a native of Estelline, SD and graduated from South Dakota State University and the University of Kansas School of Law, where he served as a staff editor for the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the South Dakota State University Alumni and Foundation. Justin and his wife, Beth, have one daughter, Chloe.
