Dan Donohue, South Dakota Trust and Estates Lawyer
Dan is requested by peers and clients for his expertise in probate and trust law, particularly in the complex area of trust administration and dynasty trusts. He is not only a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), he is a member of the Board of Directors of the ACTEC Foundation, and serves on the South Dakota Governor’s Task Force on Trust Law Reform. Dan does more than just assist clients with estate planning and trusts. Clients rely on him for his experience in real estate law, where he is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, and in advising small and large business corporations.
