Shane E. Eden

Shane, a native of Alcester, South Dakota, joined the law firm’s litigation section in 2008. His practice consists primarily of commercial litigation, motor vehicle liability, premises liability, professional liability, and general insurance litigation. Shane has experience in both federal and state court and has argued appeals before the South Dakota Supreme Court and the Federal Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Shane interned with the firm in 2007 and graduated with honors from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 2008. He is licensed to practice in both South Dakota and Minnesota.
