Scott B. Anderson

Scott has represented corporations on a wide variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt transactions, contract negotiations, and corporate governance issues. Clients range from start up entities to large corporations in telecommunications, railroad and transportation, energy, banking and financial services, manufacturing, and food service industries.

Scott also has an active practice in representing lenders in loan transactions and related credit transactions, including senior debt, subordinated debt, letter of credit and other credit enhancement arrangements. A substantial portion of this practice involves construction and permanent debt financings for low income housing tax credit projects.
