Sandra Hoglund Hanson

Sandra is one of the attorneys in the litigation section of the firm. She focuses on employment-related litigation and has defended employers both at the administrative level in charges of discrimination and in state and federal court. Her experience includes matters arising out of Title VII, such as claims of harassment and discrimination based upon gender, race, or national origin, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), as well as other employment-related issues. Sandra also assists and advises employers in compliance with the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act. Additionally, Sandra defends employers and insurers in workers’ compensation proceedings.

Sandra also practices in more broad-based areas litigation, handling suits arising from motor vehicle accidents to insurance coverage issues to contract disputes. She also remains active in the firm’s appellate practice.
